Credit Card Transactions

Ezimate International Pty Ltd uses the e-payment gateway provided by the National Australia Bank (NAB).

All payments are in Australian dollars.

Online payments made using our NAB e-commerce service are protected using 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. All transactions are encrypted and the payment system uses a dedicated private link (inaccessible from the internet) to communicate with your bank's system.

Transactions are processed in real time, normally taking up to 10 seconds to obtain authorisation.

Credit card details are NOT stored at any time. Only summary information relating to the transaction is retained including the amount of the charge, transaction date and approval code. For this reason, credit card transactions using this service are likely to be more secure than traditional methods of payment where a physical record of the credit card details is made and retained.

Returns & Refund Policy

Ezimate International operates according to strict quality control guidelines. To date we have never had a faulty product.  In the unlikely that a product is faulty or damaged in transit then Ezimate International will replace the product free of charge (postage and handling fees apply).

You, the buyer, must inspect the items as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable and must notify us of any defects in the items within [5] working days from the date the items were delivered. You must return any defective or faulty item to us within 10 working days from the date of delivery. Provided you notify us of any defects and return the defective item within the periods set out above, we will replace the item on a like for like basis or we will refund your payment in full including the item's normal postage charge within [7] working days of the defective item being returned to us.

Please keep your sales docket as proof of purchase.

Ezimate International recommends that all instructions are read prior to using the product.

The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents.

Warranty Policy

When purchasing goods from the Ezimate Webshop, customers are entitled to assume: -

  • The goods they are purchasing are of satisfactory quality.
  • The goods are fit for all purposes for which they are supplied.
  • The goods are safe and durable.
